Not satisfied! Delivery is slow, and customer service is difficult to reach. I was disappointed right when I opened the box because the packaging was not good. the quality is the same as other brands. I suggest you look for another one.
My husband bought these because I can't sleep in a noisy environment (our last purifier worked loudly). However, this one is quiet and easy to use. I have extreme allergies and almost sneeze every single day, so I'm glad this one works well!
